Position Overview
Join our vibrant Plaza community as a Dining Room Server! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable team members to create wonderful dining experiences for our residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve meals promptly and courteously, assisting residents with menu selections and addressing any requests.
- Clear, clean, and sanitize tables, chairs, and floors after every meal service.
- Collaborate with coworkers to promote a positive, resilient, and smooth-running kitchen and dining room.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills (no prior experience needed—we provide full on-the-job training!).
- Flexible schedule required, including availability for weekends and holidays as shifts vary.
- A dependable work ethic and a genuine desire to work closely with a supportive team and community.
