In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. The Dining Room role is responsible for the guest experience that sets us apart, from offering a warm welcome to creating a warm, inviting environment and finally issuing our guests a fond farewell. 


    Position Type:

    • Part-time: Typically 15+ hours/week during peak meal periods; schedule may vary based on business needs.

    Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

    • Greet guests warmly with a smile and maintain eye contact
    • Speak enthusiastically and create positive connections with guests
    • Promote and support the vision and values of the restaurant
    • Multitask efficiently while maintaining high standards of service
    • Work collaboratively as a dependable, adaptable team member
    • Anticipate the guests needs and resolve any issues promptly
    • Stand and remain active on your feet for extended periods
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
    • Follow Chick-fil-A Trailhead policies, procedures, and dress code at all times
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Minimum 16 years old
    • Eligible to work in the United States
    • Maintain a reliable source of transportation
    • Demonstrate a "Safety First" mentality
    • Consistent, reliable, and punctual
    • Cheerful, positive attitude and customer-service oriented
    • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team environment
    • Ability to work on Saturdays
    • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time
    • Reasonable accommodations available in accordance with ADA guidelines
