At Chick-fil-A Moscow, our Dining Room Hosts are the heart of the guest experience. This role goes beyond cleaning tables - it's about creating a space where every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and valued.

We are looking for individuals who take ownership of the dining room, stay active, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people.

Position Type

• Full-time and Part-time available

Consistent schedule required within one of the following shifts:

• 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• 5:00 PM - Close

What You'll Own

Guest Experience

• Create a warm, welcoming environment for every guest
• Proactively engage with guests - offering refills, assistance, and genuine conversation
• Anticipate needs and ensure guests feel cared for throughout their visit

Dining Room Excellence

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dining room at all times
• Quickly clear, sanitize, and reset tables with attention to detail
• Monitor and maintain restrooms to the highest standard
• Keep floors, trash areas, and high-touch surfaces clean and presentable

Ownership & Awareness

• Take full ownership of the dining room during your shift
• Stay aware of guest flow and adjust priorities in real time
• Step in wherever needed to support the team and guest experience
• Maintain high standards without needing constant direction

• Consistent, reliable, and punctual

• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Comfortable staying active for the duration of the shift
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs as needed with or without reasonable accommodation
