Team Member Responsibilities: 

• Create and maintain a clean, welcoming dining room
• Wipe down tables and clean floors
• Take out trash receptacles
• Uphold Chick-fil-A standards for quality and service 
• Make personal connections with guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Must have a sense of urgency 
• Be team-oriented, dependable, with a strong work ethic and strong communication 
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Demonstrate consistency and reliability
• Be adaptable and efficient
