Our Dining Room Assistants work well in a fast-paced team environment and help create an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

• Dining Room Assistantsremove tableware between courses and clear and reset tables after guests leave. 
• Dining Room Assistants take used silverware, dishes, and glassware to their appropriate stations for washing and restock appropriate areas. 
• Dining Room Assistants help servers with food delivery and, where applicable, bread service at tables. 
• Dining Room Assistants respond to guest requests and communicate with servers and hosts as needed to ensure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service.

Required skills and qualifications to be a Dining Room Assistant with Soba and Umi:

• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Restaurant experience not required

Physical requirements for Dining Room Assistant with Soba and Umi:

• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds
