    Dining Aide – Breakfast Cook

    Location: Park Ridge at The Marquardt – Watertown, WI

    Full-Time | Early Morning Shift

    Are you an early riser who enjoys cooking and working in a resident-focused environment? We are seeking a dependable Dining Aide to join our team at Park Ridge, the CBRF community at The Marquardt.

    While the official position title is Dining Aide, this role functions primarily as the breakfast cook and plays an important role in starting the day off right for our residents.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Prepare the kitchen for breakfast service each morning
    • Prepare and cook breakfast items according to menus, recipes, and production needs
    • Prepare items such as eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes, cereals, breads, and other breakfast foods
    • Prepare meals according to resident diet needs, portion standards, and meal tickets
    • Make sure breakfast is prepared and ready for service on time
    • Monitor food temperatures and follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
    • Assist with food preparation for upcoming meals as needed
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and work area
    • Assist with dishes, stocking, cleaning, and other kitchen duties
    • Work closely with the Park Ridge team to provide dependable and friendly service to our residents

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred
    • CBRF, senior living, healthcare, or institutional food-service experience preferred
    • Comfortable working independently and managing breakfast production
    • Dependable and comfortable working an early-morning schedule
    • Ability to follow menus, recipes, meal tickets, and resident diet requirements
    • Strong organization and time-management skills
    • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
    • Commitment to providing excellent service to our residents

    Schedule:

    Full-time, early-morning position. Start times will generally be between 5:00 and 5:30 a.m. based on scheduling needs.
