Dimensional Quality Inspector (FaroArm/PolyWorks)

Picture your day starting at the inspection bench. You verify incoming parts with calipers and thread gauges, then move to the floor to perform in-process checks. Later, you wrap up final inspections before shipment—all while capturing precise results and keeping clean, reliable records.

What you'll do

• Inspect received, in-process, and final parts using precision devices such as calipers, thread gauges, measurement gauges, and micrometers.
• Operate a FaroArm CMM with PolyWorks to measure parts and assemblies, reporting dimensional results clearly.
• Maintain the calibration system, including scheduling and performing basic calibration activities.
• Record findings and maintain accurate inspection documentation.
• Handle additional tasks as designated by supervisors.

What you bring

• Ability to read and understand drawings/blueprints.
• Hands-on skill with inspection tools, including calipers and thread gauges.
• An exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to accurate recordkeeping.
• Basic computer skills to complete routine data entry in Excel.
• Adaptability and willingness to evolve as the role and needs change.

Compensation

$25–$30 per hour.
