As a Digital Video Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day execution of digital video operations, supporting content from production through distribution. You'll collaborate with producers, editors, designers, and social teams to ensure content is published efficiently, optimized for audience engagement, and aligned with brand strategy.
Responsibilities
Coordinate digital video projects from planning through publication across YouTube and other digital platforms.
Upload, publish, and optimize video content by creating engaging titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and metadata using platform best practices.
Maintain publishing schedules and content calendars while ensuring deadlines are met.
Monitor video performance using analytics tools and prepare reports highlighting audience trends, engagement, and opportunities for growth.
Assist with YouTube channel management, including playlist organization, metadata updates, channel maintenance, and content optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative assets and messaging are consistent across all digital platforms.
Research entertainment news, social conversations, and platform trends to identify timely content opportunities.
Support live digital events, premieres, and community engagement by monitoring comments and audience interaction.
Conduct quality assurance on video assets, captions, graphics, and metadata prior to publishing.
Help improve workflows and contribute ideas that enhance operational efficiency and audience growth.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital content, video publishing, social media, or digital production.
Experience working with YouTube Studio and digital publishing platforms.
Familiarity with YouTube Analytics, or similar reporting tools.
Working knowledge of video SEO, metadata optimization, and audience development.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Experience with project management platforms such as Airtable, Asana, or Monday.com
Bonus Points If
You have experience supporting digital entertainment, media, or lifestyle brands.
You're proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
You understand YouTube best practices, audience development strategies, and content optimization.
You have experience supporting livestreams or real-time digital publishing.
You're constantly discovering emerging creators, viral trends, and new platform features before everyone else.
