Digital Transformation Program Manager

The Digital Transformation (DT) Program Manager will lead strategic transformation initiatives focused on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and related business process modernization. This role is responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from planning through deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives, digital transformation roadmaps, and enterprise architecture standards.

The Program Manager will partner with business stakeholders, IT, solution architects, vendors, and PMO leadership to design, implement, and optimize scalable business processes and technology solutions. The role requires strong program leadership, business process expertise, stakeholder management, change leadership, and execution excellence in a global environment.

## The impact you'll make

As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for Digital Transformation. You'll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. In this role, you will directly contribute to the successful digital transformation of our organization.

## What you'll do

• Lead programs in Digital Transformation (DT) related projects to solve complex business problems.
• Build solutions that will improve business processes and support critical business strategies.
• Provide actionable insights for management to influence decision making through data collection and analysis.
• Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process.
• Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery.
• Utilize Jira for project tracking, testing, cutover, and deployment processes.

## Who we're looking for

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 10-12+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 8+ years' experience; or equivalent experience.

• 8+ years of related experience in project management or program management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
• Ability to manage risks, ensure adherence to project timelines, and deliver projects within scope and budget.
• Proficiency in using Jira for project management tasks.

## Preferred qualifications

• Semiconductor industry or high-tech manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master and Lean Sigma

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.

Salary

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $114,000.00 - $253,000.00.

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
