As a Mid-Market Sales Representative, you will lead a full-cycle, consultative sales process-selling ADP's comprehensive suite of solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits-to organizations with 50-999 employees. You will act as a trusted business advisor to key decision-makers such as CFOs, HR leaders, and operations executives, helping them navigate workforce and compliance challenges with tailored solutions.
In this role, you will own and grow your territory digitally, proactively build a pipeline, and develop long-term client relationships. Success comes from your ability to deeply understand each client's business, ask insightful questions, and position ADP as a strategic partner. You'll leverage modern sales tools and technology while applying a relationship-first approach to drive meaningful outcomes.

Compensation is performance-driven, with salary, uncapped commission, incentives, and clear paths for advancement. A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experience includes:
Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship
Military experience -- skills including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never lose mentality will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
