SUMMARY

The Enterprise Architect defines and influences the future-state technology direction of the organization, aligning enterprise architecture with business strategy and positioning the company to capitalize on emerging technologies and evolving industry trends. This role looks beyond today's technology landscape to anticipate future capabilities, challenge conventional approaches, and identify opportunities where technology can create competitive advantage and transform how the business operates.

Serving as a strategic technology advisor and enterprise thought leader, the Enterprise Architect translates business strategy into scalable, sustainable, secure, and forward-looking architecture. This role provides leadership across applications, infrastructure, data, security, cloud, automation, AI and emerging technologies, establishing enterprise standards and roadmaps while guiding complex, multi-system solutions from concept through implementation.

• Provides technical leadership and influence to Enterprise technology teams in developing solutions to complex business problems across multiple technologies.

• Established as a strong technical and financial modeling architect within the organization.

• Makes decisions on operating procedures, analytical approaches and workflow.

• Works in a collaborative effort with others to conceptualize the implementation phases of multi-system solutions.

• Expert level in technology system or platform (eCommerce, Digital Manufacturing, Security, ERP, Integration, Automation, Emerging Technologies, Cloud, Digital Engineering)

• Expert business understanding of core segment functions and the alignment to technical solutions/innovation.

• Focused on implementation of solutions that are scalable, sustainable, supportable and secure that meet best practices across the enterprise technology ecosystem.

• Enforces best practices and standards ensuring adherence to them.

• Optimize the technical application to business processes and expand to drive segment/function adoption.

• Develops measurement criteria to evaluate programs and projects, reviews estimate on technical aspect of project.

• Expert understanding of technology (applications, infrastructure, data, and security) and focus on strategy.

• Facilitates enterprise activities leading to the successful implementation of new applications, systems, processes.

• Identifies and introduces solutions to specific business problems or segments.

• Provides strategic leadership for planning, designing, and implementing an enterprise architecture strategy and implementation approach.

• Collaborates externally with industry leaders to both understand market trends and introduce leading technologies to the organization.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree with twelve (12) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.

• Experience providing technical leadership/guidance and influencing without direct authority.

• Knowledge in data structures integration, messaging protocols, rmdbs, system architecture, process governance, financial acumen, business acumen, security, applications, cloud, infrastructure, Data Analytics, ITIL, PMBOK, COBIT, TOGAF Certification

• Expert written and verbal communication, listening, storytelling, technical leadership, influence, EQ, negotiation, strategic planning, strategy, and public speaking
