Salary/Hourly Rate: $65/hr - $70/hr
Position Overview: The Digital Project Manager (Optimization/Personalization) will work on a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) on a 9-month contract basis. This individual will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital experiences across e-commerce platforms. The role bridges business stakeholders, Creative teams, Merchandising, Technology, Analytics, and agency partners to deliver impactful digital content and personalization strategies. The position supports digital growth by managing content lifecycles, experimentation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities of the Digital Project Manager (Optimization/Personalization):- Lead planning, prioritization, and execution of website content updates, promotional campaigns, and seasonal experiences.
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications for digital content initiatives.
- Partner with Creative, Merchandising, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Ensure digital experiences align with brand standards, business objectives, and customer journey best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency within the content publishing process.
- Own the roadmap for A/B and multivariate testing initiatives across the e-commerce experience.
- Partner with Business teams to identify optimization opportunities and translate hypotheses into test plans.
- Coordinate implementation with Development teams and testing platforms.
- Monitor test execution to ensure quality and accurate measurement.
- Analyze experiment results and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Build a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
- Manage website personalization initiatives delivering relevant experiences to targeted customer segments.
- Partner with CRM, Marketing, Analytics, and Product teams to define audience strategies and personalization use cases.
- Coordinate implementation of personalized content across digital touchpoints.
- Measure personalization performance and recommend ongoing enhancements.
- Serve as the primary Project Manager for digital optimization initiatives.
- Develop project plans, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain clear communication with business and technical partners.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution throughout project lifecycles.
- Monitor key digital KPIs including conversion rate, engagement, customer journey performance, and revenue impact.
- Partner with Analytics teams to evaluate experiment results and identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and executive summaries highlighting program performance and business impact.
- Use customer insights to inform future content and optimization strategies.
- Utilize tools such as Adobe Analytics and Contentsquare to evaluate user behavior and site performance.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure accuracy of tracking and reporting post-launch.
- Provide clear reporting on project outcomes, test performance, and optimization impact.
- Use data to inform prioritization and continuous improvement efforts.
- Operate within agile workflows using Jira; manage backlogs, sprints, and prioritization.
- Partner with UX and Design teams (Figma) to align on experience improvements.
- Coordinate with Engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.
- Foster a test-and-learn mindset across teams, promoting experimentation and data-driven decisions.
- Manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Required Experience/Skills for the Digital Project Manager (Optimization/Personalization):- 5+ years of experience in digital project management, eCommerce, or web/digital environments.
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage timelines, priorities, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience delivering digital and eCommerce initiatives, including site updates and optimization programs.
- Proficiency with Jira and agile methodologies.
- Experience running and analyzing A/B tests using platforms such as Adobe Target or Optimizely.
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, or similar tools.
- Understanding of experimentation methodologies and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and eCommerce systems (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
- Understanding of digital marketing and web experience fundamentals.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to connect digital execution to business outcomes.
- Detail-oriented with strong QA and execution discipline.
- Solutions-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Digital Project Manager (Optimization/Personalization)- Experience with advanced personalization strategies and tools.
- Knowledge of additional testing platforms and analytics software.
- Background in UX/UI collaboration and design thinking.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience working in a global retail or fashion environment.
Education Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in project management or digital analytics are a plus.
