Digital Project Manager

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead MarTech initiatives and AEHG (Access & Egress Hardware Group) product launch programs across a portfolio of brands. This role serves as a key liaison between Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, IT, Development teams, and external partners to ensure projects are executed efficiently, delivered on schedule, and aligned with strategic business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive leader with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. They will excel at managing multiple concurrent priorities, fostering cross-functional collaboration, mitigating risks, and driving continuous process improvements to enhance project delivery and business outcomes.

This position will primarily be remote working Eastern Daytime hours with required travel to New Haven, CT for meetings.

What will you be doing?

• Oversee progress on digital initiatives such as website enhancements, eCommerce projects, CMS updates, and other requests through oversight of developers and key project stakeholders.
• Support introduction of new products to market by coordinating activities and timelines across multiple teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, and external partners.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects from planning through execution and delivery.
• Manage project workflows using tools such as Jira, Asana, and Trello.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
• Track risks, dependencies, and issues while proactively driving resolutions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and project visibility.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of project management experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Trello

Preferred Skills

• Experience with website development, CMS platforms, eCommerce systems, or digital marketing
• Understanding of SEO, UX/UI, and digital analytics
• Experience in manufacturing, product marketing, or B2B industries
