Description

We’re looking for a Digital Production Designer to play a key role on our design team. This position is responsible for formatting and producing a wide range of digital assets that enhance the desktop and mobile customer experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, partnering closely with UX Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Developers. This role requires a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to bring creative concepts to life through precision and executions supported by a strong work ethic, exceptional organization, and clear communication skills.
 
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Senior Design team to support asset creation
  • Prepare and deliver final files for desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring adherence to all project specifications
  • Create and maintain detailed design documentation
  • Collaborate with the development team to deliver final creative assets, identifying and resolving any content discrepancies
  • Conduct thorough quality control by reviewing all assets prior to delivery
  • Contribute to and maintain the design system, documenting updates and enhancements
 Skills: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital production or design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional visual design skills and aesthetic sensibility
  • Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects a plus).
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
 Education:       
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience;Bachelor's Degree preferred
