    Job Summary
    We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Owner to lead the strategy, vision, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise-scale digital products and platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, Agile delivery, and digital transformation.
    The Digital Product Owner will work closely with business stakeholders, technology leaders, development teams, UX/UI, Quality Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to translate business objectives and customer needs into clearly defined product priorities and successful technology solutions.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and product objectives in alignment with business and customer needs.
    • Own and manage the product backlog, including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.
    • Prioritize product initiatives based on business value, customer impact, technical considerations, dependencies, and organizational priorities.
    • Partner with business stakeholders and senior leadership to gather requirements, establish priorities, and drive alignment on product outcomes.
    • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, QA/Quality Engineering, UX/UI, Architects, DevOps, and Agile delivery teams.
    • Facilitate and actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
    • Translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable product requirements for technology teams.
    • Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, competing priorities, delivery constraints, and stakeholder expectations.
    • Monitor product delivery progress and ensure initiatives remain aligned with the approved roadmap and strategic objectives.
    • Use customer feedback, business insights, analytics, and delivery metrics to support data-driven product decisions.
    • Support continuous improvement of product processes, team collaboration, delivery practices, and customer experiences.
    • Communicate product priorities, progress, risks, and decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Drive successful product releases while ensuring alignment across business and technology teams.
    • Work effectively with geographically distributed and onshore/offshore delivery teams.
    Required Qualifications & Experience
    • 8–10+ years of overall professional experience in Information Technology, Digital Products, Product Management, Business Analysis, software delivery, or related technology domains.
    • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Product Owner, or in an equivalent product leadership role.
    • Proven experience defining and driving product vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and product lifecycle activities.
    • Strong experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with business stakeholders, senior leadership, and technology leadership.
    • Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams including Business Analysis, Development, Quality Engineering, UX/UI, Architecture, DevOps, and Agile delivery teams.
    • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise product delivery practices.
    • Experience managing cross-team dependencies, risks, competing priorities, and stakeholder expectations within complex enterprise environments.
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Hands-on experience with product and Agile delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
    • Product Management/Product Owner certification such as SAFe POPM, CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent.
    • Experience working within SAFe or other enterprise Agile delivery frameworks.
    • Experience delivering enterprise digital platforms, web/mobile applications, APIs, cloud solutions, or digital transformation initiatives.
    • Working knowledge of UX/UI, Quality Engineering, DevOps, APIs, cloud technologies, analytics, and modern digital architecture.
    • Experience working with geographically distributed and/or onshore-offshore delivery teams.
