    Product Vision & Strategy • Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and success metrics for Chemille• Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap, aligned with business priorities and user needs• Balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic direction Backlog Management • Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements for development teams• Continuously groom and refine the backlog to keep it actionable and up to date Stakeholder Management • Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, users, and the development team• Gather and synthesize input from stakeholders into product decisions• Manage expectations around scope, timelines, and trade-offs Delivery & Execution • Work collaboratively with Developers, UX/UI Designers, AI Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business requirements. • Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements documentation• Comfort with usage analytics and KPI measurement• Excellent prioritization, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO), Figma, or similar tools to manage the software development lifecycle• Basic understanding of UX/UI and web technologies to enhance site usability and user satisfaction.

    As Chemille evolves into a next-generation intelligent platform, we are seeking a Digital Product Owner to own the end-to-end product roadmap for Chemille’s AI-powered ecosystem while leading the vision, strategy, and delivery of AI capabilities that drive business value and user engagement.  The ideal candidate will have strong Product Management fundamentals with a hand-on understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation.

    Responsibilities

    • Participate in Sprint ceremonies and deliver User Stories within cycle time expectations

    Qualifications

    •  Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, ideally for a website or digital product•  Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

    •  Demonstrated understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI.

    •  Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements documentation•  Comfort with usage analytics and KPI measurement•  Excellent prioritization, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills•  Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO), Figma, or similar tools to manage the software development lifecycle•  Basic understanding of UX/UI and web technologies to enhance site usability and user satisfaction

    •  Knowledge or experience with Chemical or Material Engineering is a plus, but not required
