    Charles Schwab Digital Retail is responsible for delivering innovative, best-in-class solutions that simplify and enhance the client experience. We are deeply focused on solving customer needs and enabling seamless interactions across digital and rep-assisted channels.

    We are seeking a Product Manager (individual contributor) for the Digital Envelope product team, supporting the broader Rep-Assisted Relationships space. This role is responsible for delivering intuitive, compliant, and scalable front-end experiences that enable representatives and clients to efficiently complete document and workflow-driven processes.

    You will serve as the product owner for a front-end scrum team, partnering closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact features. This role is highly execution-focused, requiring strong collaboration, clear decision-making, and a relentless focus on user experience and business outcomes.

    What You'll Do

    Product Ownership & Delivery

    • Support the development and execution of product strategy and roadmap for assigned digital capabilities.
    • Act as Product Owner for a dedicated front-end scrum team, driving sprint planning, backlog grooming, and execution
    • Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized work
    • Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, scalable front-end solutions

    Rep-Assisted Experience Focus

    • Design and optimize rep-assisted workflows, ensuring a seamless experience across digital and advisor/rep touchpoints
    • Partner with stakeholders across service, operations, and compliance to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory needs
    • Focus on improving speed, accuracy, and ease-of-use for both internal users and clients

    Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Collaborate with UX research and analytics to understand user pain points and behavior
    • Engage directly with internal users (reps, service teams) to validate solutions and gather feedback
    • Communicate product priorities, progress, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders

    Execution & Continuous Improvement

    • Track performance using metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the product
    • Identify and remove blockers to keep the scrum team moving efficiently
    • Support release planning, testing, and go-to-market readiness

    What you have

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor''s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field
    • 3+ years of experience in digital product management or product ownership
    • Experience working as a Product Owner in an Agile scrum environment, particularly with front-end teams
    • Strong ability to translate business needs into product requirements and user stories
    • Proven experience managing product backlogs and prioritization
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team (product, design, engineering, operations)
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience supporting rep-assisted or service-driven experiences
    • Familiarity with financial services and regulatory environments

    In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
