    • Integrate Deposit Product Rate Engine (DPRE) information into client's website for Consumer and Small Business banking products.

    Bachelor Degree: (Required, Preferred or Not Required)
    • Preferred.

    Role Responsibilities: (what they will be doing)
    • Support the migration and integration of DPRE-managed rates and product information into client's website.
    • Validate rate accuracy, product details, disclosures, and associated metadata before publication.
    • Coordinate content, rate, product feature, and disclosures updates to Consumer and Small Business deposit product pages.
    • Monitor rate changes and ensure updates are displayed accurately and within established SLAs.
    • Conduct quality assurance reviews of rate displays across desktop, mobile, and responsive experiences.
    • Document business rules, publishing processes, and governance requirements related to DPRE integration
    • Execute functional and content QA testing for rate and product information deployments.
    • Maintain project status reports, implementation plans, and operational documentation.

    Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.)
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
    • 5+ years of experience supporting digital product, website content management, digital operations, or project coordination initiatives.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of content and data accurately.
    • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
    • Experience conducting QA testing and validating website content.

    Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences:(Hiring Manager DOES NOT require these skills/ prior experience. However candidates with any of these will be looked at first.)
    • Financial services, banking, or fintech experience.
    • Experience supporting deposit products, rates, disclosures, or digital banking experiences.
    • Familiarity with rate management systems, product information management systems, or API-driven content integrations.
    • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and kanban.
    • Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations for digital banking content.
