Digital Printer Operator

What You'll Do

• Run the Show: Set up, operate, and monitor digital printing presses and finishing equipment.
  

• Master the Details: Review job specs, manage substrates and inks, and ensure every print matches production requirements perfectly.
  

• Quality & Precision: Perform color matching, conduct thorough quality inspections, and adjust settings for flawless output.
  

• Maintain & Troubleshoot: Keep things running smoothly by performing routine equipment maintenance and tackling minor mechanical troubleshooting.
  

• Collaborate: Partner with production, quality, and maintenance teams to streamline workflows, meet deadlines, and reduce waste.
  

What You Bring

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
  

• Experience: Background with digital printing equipment, color management, or print quality standards is highly preferred (manufacturing/packaging experience is a huge plus).
  

• Skills: Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities and a sharp eye for detail.
  

• Mindset: A reliable team player who can also work independently to meet tight production schedules.
  

• Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to manage job tickets and collaborate effectively.
  

Compensation

• Pay Range: $17.87 – $23.00 / hour (Depending on Experience)
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
  
• Previous experience operating digital printing equipment preferred.
  
• Knowledge of digital printing processes, color management, and print quality standards.
  
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications and production instructions.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  
• Experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is a plus.
