Operate and maintain digital presses to produce print jobs according to specifications.
Review job tickets and verify materials, file accuracy, and finishing requirements before production.
Set up press for proper color, registration, and paper alignment.
Monitor press runs to maintain consistent quality and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Perform routine press maintenance and request service as needed.
Collaborate with prepress and finishing departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain accurate records of press operations, including run counts, downtime, and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with production schedules and deadlines.
Inspect finished work for accuracy, color quality, and overall appearance.
Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
