Digital Paperless Implementation Manager - Hands-On Systems & Workflows

In this role, you will help drive a major digital transformation initiative focused on reducing manual paperwork and improving how information moves across the business. This is an opportunity to shape more efficient, connected processes by bringing together core Microsoft and business platforms in support of a smooth transition to paperless workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead a digital paperless transformation initiative.
• Make SharePoint Online, Microsoft Syntex, Power Automate, Teams, QuickBooks, and Power BI work together for a smooth transition to paperless workflows.

Requirements

• Project management experience.
• Proven hands-on experience implementing digital workflows.
• Experience integrating SharePoint Online, Microsoft Syntex, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, QuickBooks, and Power BI to support paperless workflows.
• Experience working with QuickBooks users - nice to have!
• Strong problem solving capabilities.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
