    About the Role:
    Join our Digital Operations group as a Digital Operations Associate Tester and help us deliver reliable, high-quality digital solutions that support our operations.


    This role focuses on a variety of testing methodologies and performing testing efforts for decentralized platforms and applications. It's an opportunity to build your technical expertise in a collaborative environment, where continuous learning, innovation, and quality are valued.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Reviews technical requirements and provides analysis on testing approach and content being deployed in the project.
    • Attend design meetings to understand technology requirements to prepare for testing solutions.
    • Leads test planning, documentation, test execution, error reporting, analysis, and error verification.
    • Works collaboratively among Digital and business test groups to support quality and acceptance testing.
    • Conducts regression testing as needed per control guidelines.
    • Support existing business applications and end user training and documentation.
    • Adheres to established software development life cycle methodology and internal controls governing Change Management

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
    • Previous experience with technology testing that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2-5 years).
    • Clinical Trial experience (highly preferred)
    • Working knowledge of JIRA, SDLC and AI platforms (ChatGPT)
    • System testing experience with digital technology including eCOA (preferred)

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Experience with system testing and writing test documentation (including script writing)
    • Experience working with IT Developers in system enhancements and new functionalities.
    • Confident initiative-taker
    • Organized and Detail Oriented
    • Excellent critical thinking skills
    • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as with a team to meet hard deadlines.
    • Ability to organize and present information in clear and concise formats.
    • In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of appropriate education, training, and/or directly related experience will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

    Location: Remote US. Band 5. Relocation assistance is NOT provided.

    The annual salary range estimated for this position in North Carolina is $60,000- $80,000 USD. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
