Digital Merchandising Specialist

Our Client, a Retail Cosmetics company, is looking for a Digital Merchandising Specialist for their Bolingbrook, IL/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

• The Digital Merchandising Specialist is responsible for assisting the Digital Merchandising team in the delivery of supporting and executing the online merchandising strategy.
• Assist the team to merchandise the site to create an experience that is easy to shop and is relevant.
• Assist to ensure categories are positioned competitively online to meet sales, margin, conversion and customer satisfaction goals.
• Partner with many cross-functional partners including merchandising, digital product, creative design and development teams.
• Report to the Sr Manager Digital Merchandising

Requirements:

• 1-2yrs relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding communication, organization, time management and interpersonal skills
• Efficient in a Content Management System (CMS), Microsoft Office and Microsoft SharePoint, a plus.
