About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a well-established, employee-owned manufacturing company to hire a Marketing Specialist focused on digital execution and content development. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with a few years of experience who wants to take ownership of campaigns and build hands-on expertise across multiple channels.
You'll work closely with leadership to bring marketing strategies to life through engaging content, social media, email campaigns, and digital initiatives.

What You'll Do
Digital Content & Social Media
- Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Translate campaign messaging into engaging, on-brand posts
- Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting cadence
- Analyze engagement and optimize content performance
Email Marketing
- Build and deploy email campaigns
- Create and maintain automated email flows
- Optimize email performance (subject lines, content, layout)
Content Creation & Design
- Develop marketing assets for digital channels (social, email, website)
- Use tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Assist with short-form video content
Campaign & Marketing Support
- Coordinate campaign execution across channels
- Support product launches and marketing initiatives
- Assist with marketing materials (presentations, collateral, etc.)
- Help manage marketing timelines, assets, and deliverables
Website & Content Updates
- Upload and maintain website content
- Ensure alignment with promotions and campaigns
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of marketing or related experience
- Experience managing social media platforms
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (Klaviyo or similar preferred)
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $25-$28/hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Full-time, hybrid (2 days remote after training)
