Duration: 6 Months Job Description- Seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to create and optimize digital experiences that drive traffic, engagement, and conversion. This role will support the development and optimization of web pages and campaign landing pages, execute and track digital campaigns, gather analytics/analyze performance, and apply SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new landing and campaign pages and help optimize website content with a focus on user experience, engagement, and conversion.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across web, paid, social, and other digital channels.
- Monitor campaign and website performance using analytics and reporting tools, identifying opportunities to improve results.
- Apply on-page SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, metadata, internal linking, content structure, and other factors that support organic search performance.
- Support website content updates, page launches, campaign tracking, and ongoing digital optimization.
- Perform quality assurance to ensure pages, links, forms, tracking, and campaign assets function as intended.
- Use performance insights to recommend and implement improvements to digital content, campaigns, and user journeys.
Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, web marketing, campaign execution, SEO, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience developing or managing web and landing-page content within a CMS.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and digital content optimization.
- Experience with web analytics, campaign measurement, and performance reporting.
- Experience with marketing automation, email, CRM, or campaign platforms.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple digital projects and deadlines.
- Strong written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- B2B marketing experience preferred and industrial experience a plus.
