About Aktion Aktion Associates is a North American ERP software reseller in the top 20 of the VAR 100 reseller market and top workplaces in 2026. We have a high-growth technical environment with a workforce of over 300 professionals. The workforce is highly skilled and consists of application consultants, software engineers, and networking engineers located throughout the U.S and Canada. Digital Marketing & Martech Specialist Role and Responsibilities: Establish and maintain landing page/template best practices. Support technical and on-page SEO/AEO. Perform website technical QA. Execute digital advertising operations. Own pixels, UTMs, conversion-event tracking and digital measurement implementation. Maintain digital reporting and dashboards. Monitor digital performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Support technical implementation/testing where website, advertising or other digital integrations are involved. Education, Experience and Skills: 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Digital Operations, or a related role. Experience with marketing technology (MarTech) platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, tag management, and reporting tools. Experience managing website content, landing pages, and conversion optimization. Working knowledge of SEO, technical SEO, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) best practices. Experience with digital advertising platforms, campaign execution, and performance reporting. Experience supporting B2B lead-generation marketing programs preferred. Location:
