This role will help manage campaign operations, creative and asset delivery, reporting, calendar management, and cross-functional coordination across channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Retail Marketing, and broader D2C initiatives.

Coordinate and manage digital marketing asset delivery across internal teams, agencies, and creative partnersSupport campaign setup, QA, review, and approval processes across Paid Search, Paid Social, Retail, and other digital marketing channelsMaintain and update marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and promotional schedulesAssist with weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting for channel performance, campaign pacing, and business updatesHelp ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time through detailed project management and cross-functional communicationPartner with internal teams including Creative, Merchandising, Ecommerce, Analytics, and Retail Marketing to align campaign prioritiesSupport retail marketing initiatives, including local campaigns, store openings, and promotional planningMonitor campaign performance trends and help identify optimization opportunitiesOrganize and maintain campaign documentation, creative libraries, trackers, and workflow processesAssist in strategy development and execution across Paid Search, Paid Social, Ecommerce, and broader D2C marketing effortsHelp manage approvals and feedback loops between stakeholders, agencies, and channel partnersParticipate in recurring business reviews, planning meetings, and seasonal campaign development
Required Education
(Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, retail marketing, or marketing coordination

Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detailComfortable managing timelines, approvals, and cross-functional workflows across multiple campaignsFamiliarity with digital marketing channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Ecommerce, and Retail MarketingComfortable working with marketing calendars, reporting, and campaign operationsExperience with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and project management tools preferredFamiliarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com and tools within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset with strong cross-functional communication skillsExperience working with agencies or creative teams is a plusFamiliarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, ecommerce platforms, or reporting tools is a plusAssists in developing and managing creative briefs across all business units to ensure alignment with brand and campaign objectivesOwns communication and coordination with agency partners and internal cross-functional teams for assigned projects and deliverablesMaintains and distributes creative performance reporting, including campaign insights and key learningsProvides strategic optimization recommendations and performance insights to support media strategists and campaign effectivenessSupports execution of various ad hoc marketing, creative, and operational initiatives as neededHelps streamline workflows and ensure timely completion of creative assets and deliverables across channels
