Akkodis is seeking a Digital Marketing Advisor for a Contract job with a client in Culver City, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B Event Marketing, Sponsorship Management, Event Program Execution, and Stakeholder Engagement, along with the ability to manage complex, high-visibility marketing events from planning through execution.
Rate Range: $65/hour to $69/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Digital Marketing Advisor Job Responsibilities Include:
Lead the planning, management, and execution of multiple B2B marketing events, sponsorships, executive forums, customer engagements, and industry conferences across the Americas region.
Manage end-to-end event delivery, including sponsorship evaluation, venue coordination, logistics planning, event production, booth management, vendor oversight, and onsite execution.
Partner with marketing leadership and business stakeholders to assess sponsorship opportunities, maximize event value, and align event strategies with business objectives and target audiences.
Develop event communication materials, maintain event calendars, manage event documentation, and ensure adherence to corporate policies, budgets, and operational standards.
Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, industry associations, partners, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Measure event effectiveness through reporting, analytics, attendee feedback, surveys, ROI analysis, and post-event performance assessments.
Adapt messaging, event formats, and engagement strategies for different industries and audience segments while maintaining consistency with broader marketing objectives.
Document processes, vendor relationships, event learnings, and program status updates to support knowledge transfer and business continuity.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
A minimum of three years of experience planning and executing B2B marketing events, sponsorship programs, conferences, or executive-level engagements.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple event workstreams simultaneously within fast-paced, matrixed environments.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, vendor management, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to work independently, manage projects with minimal supervision, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting enterprise technology, digital transformation, consulting, software, or professional services organizations.
Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem events, partner marketing programs, and technology-focused sponsorship initiatives.
Experience working with CRM, event management, or marketing automation platforms such as Dynamics 365, Marketo, Cvent, or similar solutions.
Knowledge of event analytics, campaign measurement, lead generation strategies, and event ROI methodologies.
Experience engaging executive-level audiences and supporting customer relationship-building activities through event programs.
Ability to travel and support occasional evening and weekend event activities as required.

Pay Details: $65.00 to $69.00 per hour
