We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and agile Digital Marketer to manage and scale our online presence. In this role, your primary mission is to design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, traffic, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate balances creative storytelling with sharp analytical skills, understands modern search and social algorithms, and knows how to use automation and data insights to maximize return on investment (ROI).

 

Core Responsibilities

 

1. Campaign Strategy & Paid Media

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across key networks (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

  • Monitor daily ad spend, bidding strategies, and cost-per-click (CPC) metrics to maximize pipeline contribution and ROI.

  • Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creative, copy, and landing pages to lift click-through and conversion rates.

2. Content & Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital content calendar spanning email, social media, and the company blog.

  • Optimize website content, site architecture, and backend metadata using modern SEO tools to drive organic discovery.

  • Ensure brand consistency, clear call-to-action (CTA) placement, and audience-centric storytelling across all digital touchpoints.

3. Lifecycle Marketing & Automation

  • Build, segment, and nurture our audience database through targeted email marketing campaigns and automated workflows.

  • Implement behavioral triggers, lead scoring systems, and personalization strategies to turn subscribers into active customers.

  • Manage owned communication channels (e.g., Newsletters, SMS) to lower dependency on fluctuating paid ad networks.

4. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against core KPIs.

  • Utilize attribution models to tie digital activities directly to revenue and customer retention value.

  • Translate messy dashboard metrics into clear, actionable data-driven insights for executive reviews.

  • Web analytics dashboards (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console)

  • Paid advertising networks (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads)

  • SEO suites and competitive intelligence tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)

  • Content management and landing page systems (WordPress, Elementor, Webflow)

  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Maintaining a healthy, optimized balance between budget spend and total new customer acquisition.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Progressively lifting the percentage of website visitors turning into qualified leads or sales.

  • Traffic Quality & Engagement: Driving targeted, high-intent traffic to owned platforms, measured by scroll depth, shares, and repeat visits.
