2. Content & Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital content calendar spanning email, social media, and the company blog.
Optimize website content, site architecture, and backend metadata using modern SEO tools to drive organic discovery.
Ensure brand consistency, clear call-to-action (CTA) placement, and audience-centric storytelling across all digital touchpoints.
3. Lifecycle Marketing & Automation
Build, segment, and nurture our audience database through targeted email marketing campaigns and automated workflows.
Implement behavioral triggers, lead scoring systems, and personalization strategies to turn subscribers into active customers.
Manage owned communication channels (e.g., Newsletters, SMS) to lower dependency on fluctuating paid ad networks.
4. Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against core KPIs.
Utilize attribution models to tie digital activities directly to revenue and customer retention value.
Translate messy dashboard metrics into clear, actionable data-driven insights for executive reviews.
