We are seeking an experienced Digital Knowledge & Communications Lead to develop and execute digital content, knowledge management, and communication strategies across internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in content management, content creation, knowledge management, digital communications, UX/UI, and stakeholder engagement.

This role will be responsible for managing digital content platforms, improving content discoverability and usability, driving user adoption, and ensuring content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and continuously improve digital content across multiple platforms and channels.
  • Define and execute the overall digital knowledge and communications strategy based on business objectives, user needs, and audience priorities.
  • Develop content strategies for both internal and external audiences.
  • Evaluate existing content management platforms and recommend solutions based on usability, content delivery, scalability, and business requirements.
  • Manage and maintain knowledge repositories, websites, news articles, playbooks, guides, and other digital resources.
  • Ensure content is reviewed and updated following product, system, or business releases.
  • Monitor content performance through engagement analytics, adoption metrics, and user feedback.
  • Analyze user behavior and adoption trends to continuously improve content strategy and communication effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage internal and external communication plans, including announcements, newsletters, stakeholder communications, and organizational updates.
  • Provide training and support to content administrators and business users to ensure effective use of digital platforms.
  • Establish and maintain content governance, quality standards, and knowledge management best practices.
  • Create and apply visual content, including logos, illustrations, graphics, and other visual elements, to improve content clarity and engagement.
  • Analyze UX and content design challenges and develop creative solutions to improve the overall user experience.
  • Manage multiple content, knowledge management, and adoption initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, consultants, business stakeholders, UX/UI teams, and technical teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content management, content creation, digital communications, content curation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Knowledge Management and Knowledge Base development.
  • Experience creating and managing digital content across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered content design.
  • Excellent research, analytical, editing, and writing skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using content management or website publishing platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content optimization.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Knowledge Management platforms and Knowledge Bases.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Experience with website administration and digital publishing tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and content performance measurement.
  • Experience with digital adoption and change management initiatives.
  • Experience creating newsletters, internal communications, announcements, and stakeholder communications.
  • Familiarity with graphic design or visual content creation tools.
  • Experience developing content governance frameworks and standards.
