About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Health Product Manager to lead the digital experience for Medicare Advantage members within a healthcare organization's member-facing platform. This role will focus on improving member engagement, benefits utilization, care navigation, and overall digital health experiences for an aging population.
The ideal candidate will have strong product management experience, healthcare or Medicare expertise, and a proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across business, clinical, compliance, marketing, and technology teams.

Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of Product Management experience.
Experience building and managing consumer-facing digital products.
Healthcare, Medicare Advantage, Health Plan, or Managed Care experience preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
Experience with analytics tools such as:
Amplitude
Google Analytics
Adobe Analytics
Mixpanel
Experience conducting A/B testing and product optimization.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
