As a Digital Graphics Designer specializing in Content & Courseware Design, you will devise learning strategies tailored to clients' requirements and create detailed design documents for proposed learning solutions. You will lead design and development projects, guiding team members throughout the process.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conduct Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify learning gaps and opportunities, and develop recommendations for learning solutions.
- Develop Learning Strategies: Devise learning strategies tailored to clients' requirements, incorporating adult learning principles and various learning modes such as ILT, e-learning, Web 2.0, and blended learning.
- Lead Design Projects: Lead design and development projects, guiding team members throughout the process and ensuring effective solution delivery.
- Create Design Documents: Create detailed design documents for proposed learning solutions, demonstrating strong analytical and storyboarding skills.
- Mentor Instructional Designers: Lead and mentor instructional designers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality results.
- This person will be required to come into the Fort Meade, MD office 5 days a week
