About This Opportunity
Judit Inc. is hiring on behalf of one of our largest clients — a global technology leader in consumer electronics, semiconductors, and mobile communications. This is a temporary, contract position: you'll be employed by Judit Inc. and work directly alongside our client's team.
The description below is our client's overview of the background, skills, and experience they're looking for. If you meet most — but not all — of these, we still want to hear from you. Your Judit recruiter will walk you through the day-to-day work, schedule, pay, and contract length before anything moves forward.
What you'll do
You'll lead digital customer-experience projects from first research to launch, run the team's agile delivery in Jira and Confluence, bring AI tools into how the work gets done, and use data and customer feedback to improve each experience after it goes live.
- Lead full-lifecycle digital initiatives: user research, discovery, and journey mapping through wireframing, sprint development, and deployment, so customer journeys work across every touchpoint
- Bring AI/ML technologies, large language models (LLMs), and AI tools into team workflows, digital features, content generation, and project operations to automate work and improve efficiency
- Run sprint ceremonies (daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives) while managing milestones, delivery risks, and dependencies across departments
- Partner with UX/UI designers, digital marketing, content teams, engineering squads, and regional business units on goals, technical scope, and timelines
- Build and maintain project boards, documentation, sprint backlogs, and roadmaps in Jira and Confluence
- Act as the link between creative and technical teams so digital assets (web banners, UI comps, interactive modules) meet brand standards and technical specs, using Adobe Photoshop for quick asset review, layer inspection, and format checks
- Work with QA teams to define test criteria, coordinate end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT), triage defect backlogs, and confirm the final user journey before launch
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as conversion rate, CSAT, task completion, and engagement, using product analytics and customer feedback to drive the next round of improvements
What you'll bring
- 3–5 years of project management experience in digital product, digital marketing, agency, or consumer technology environments
- A track record running projects across the full experience design lifecycle: discovery, UX/UI, wireframing, build, validation, and release
- Hands-on experience or demonstrated familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, LLMs, and generative AI productivity tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot) for process automation, workflow optimization, or feature deployment
- Direct experience managing QA/UAT cycles, defect tracking, and release sign-offs for digital experiences
- Ability to analyze quantitative analytics and customer sentiment and feedback to measure project impact and recommend improvements
- Clear communication skills, including presenting roadmaps, business impact, and project health metrics to C-suite and senior executive stakeholders
- A solid foundation in Agile/Scrum, with experience adapting to hybrid delivery models that combine sprint execution with structured milestone governance
- Advanced proficiency in Jira (backlog management, sprint setup, workflow customization) and Confluence (knowledge bases, project hubs)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data modeling and tracking and PowerPoint for executive presentations
- Working familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Cloud: opening files, inspecting layers, verifying resolution, exporting digital assets, and working with visual designers
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Business analysis, stakeholder management, and user-centered design skills
Nice to have
- A relevant certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Experience with AI-assisted product design, digital customer care bots, or enterprise AI workflow integrations
- Experience with enterprise digital experience platforms, content management systems (such as Adobe Experience Manager), or e-commerce environments
- Experience in a large global organization with a matrixed structure
