What you will do

The Digital Experience Manager for Incubator Brands (Johnson's Baby, Desitin, Clean & Clear, Maui Moisture, Neostrata, Exuviance, Lubriderm, and all new brands) will own the strategy, content planning and creation, as well as development and optimization of digital experiences across owned channels (website, CRM, etc.). This role focuses on delivering seamless, engaging, and personalized consumer experiences that align with brand objectives and drive engagement throughout the consumer journey. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Digital Experience Manager will manage day-to-day execution of the digital product roadmap and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own a cohesive strategy, content plan, and execution for all Incubator Brands digital experiences (website, CRM, guided selling), ensuring alignment with brand objectives
  • Comfortable translating brand and social priorities into actionable content calendars across owned website and CRM channels
  • Serve as the digital shelf liaison to identify and escalate issues, ensuring brand partners are informed and involved, while collaborating closely with the Digital Shelf team for timely content syndication and updates
  • Collaborate with brand category partners and media teams to maintain a consistent and engaging consumer experience across owned channels
  • Assist in creating and optimizing high-quality, SEO and AEO-friendly content that drives engagement and organic visibility
  • Monitor content performance and recommend updates or improvements based on data and consumer trends
  • Execute email marketing campaigns using automation tools to deliver personalized communications based on consumer behavior
  • Track CRM list growth and apply best practices for list hygiene and segmentation
  • Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital initiatives and provide insights to inform continuous improvement
  • Work within agile product development processes, contributing to sprint planning and backlog refinement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and seamless integration across platforms
  • Embrace an entrepreneurial spirit by proactively taking initiative on all digital projects
  • Act as the PDP content owner, managing imagery, copy, and best practices while collaborating with the Digital Shelf team to ensure compliance with content rights across all channels (owned and third-party/partner websites)
  • Oversee smooth transitions and timely project delivery throughout changes for technical tools and ways of working (customer data platform, email service provider, etc.)

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Technology or a related field
  • A minimum of 6-8 years in digital marketing, eCommerce or consumer experience management
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, content optimization and consumer engagement strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving consumer experiences

Whats in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$124,100.00 - $175,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidates skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
