Salary/Hourly Rate: $38/hr
Position Overview: The Digital Experience Engineer will provide advanced technical support and endpoint management to ensure a reliable, secure, and user-friendly environment. This role involves troubleshooting complex issues, managing device configurations, and collaborating with IT teams to implement scalable solutions. The position requires strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach to support national staff users effectively.
Responsibilities of the Digital Experience Engineer:- Serve as the first line of response for technical end-user support for all national staff users.
- Investigate and resolve complex endpoint issues escalated by the Service Desk, providing immediate break-fix remedies and addressing root causes.
- Manage and troubleshoot on-premise and remote end-user requests in an Active Directory and hybrid Exchange/Office 365 environment.
- Create positive customer support experiences by communicating progress and resolving or escalating issues professionally and timely.
- Support device configuration, enrollment, compliance, patching, and application deployments through endpoint management platforms.
- Write or improve PowerShell scripts and other automation for endpoint administration and remediation.
- Travel as required to provide technical support to outside offices and at meetings and conferences.
Required Experience/Skills for the Digital Experience Engineer:- Advanced knowledge of supporting and troubleshooting Windows 11 and macOS in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with endpoint or device-management technologies such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, NinjaOne, SCCM/MECM, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and modern identity concepts.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, operating systems, applications, authentication, and endpoint connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with PowerShell or another scripting/automation language.
- Understanding of endpoint security concepts including patching, encryption, EDR, device compliance, and vulnerability remediation.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills with the ability to recognize patterns across recurring technical issues.
- Ability to document technical processes clearly and collaborate effectively with Service Desk, Engineering, Security, and other IT teams.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Digital Experience Engineer:- 5 to 7 years of experience in a large enterprise or corporate environment.
- Experience packaging and deploying enterprise applications.
- Experience developing PowerShell automation or endpoint remediation scripts.
- Familiarity with ITIL or IT service-management practices.
- Experience with ITSM, MDM, and RMM platforms such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, NinjaOne, Intune, or comparable technologies.
Education Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Equivalent work experience will be considered.
