Our client is looking for a Digital Experience Design UX/UI Designer who is part of a experience design (XD) team with a clear purpose: we drive user-centered design for the betterment of our customers and our business groups. Our client is building a comprehensive, end-to-end servicing platform for high-net-worth clientele in private wealth management. This tool will support the full client lifecycle — from onboarding through ongoing financial services management to eventual account transitions. The role involves designing and developing a flexible, robust system capable of handling complex, large-scale client scenarios with significant customization and process orchestration.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end client servicing workflows within the platform.
- Build associate-facing functionality that enables Private Wealth Advisors to:

- Manage the full client financial services lifecycle through the tool
- Execute seamless account transitions to other advisors or teams
- Develop flexible architecture to accommodate clients of varying sizes and complexity (from large institutional-style accounts to diverse high-net-worth individuals).
- Incorporate robust task management and project management capabilities to support complex, multi-step processes and team coordination.
- Ensure the platform handles large-scale financial services requirements with high configurability and scalability.
- Strong background in financial services technology, including experience building or supporting platforms for banking, wealth management, or related domains.
- Open to candidates from fintech companies, provided they have worked on large, complex systems (experience with simpler consumer apps such as basic payment or cash management tools like Cash App is not sufficient).
- Proven track record working on large-scale projects involving complex business logic, workflow orchestration, and configurable systems.
- Deep understanding of financial services processes, particularly in private wealth or high-net-worth advisory environments, is highly valued.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field and six (6) years relevant experience with experience design
- Or High School Diploma or GED and ten (10) years of related post-secondary education and/or equivalent work experience with experience design
- Experience using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe, etc.
- Experience designing in insurance, financial, or highly regulated verticals
- Portfolio needed with resume
