IDR is seeking a Digital Designer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Houston, TX. This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic in-house creative and digital team focused on developing engaging digital experiences across multiple channels for a leading organization in the energy sector.
Position Overview for the Digital Designer:
- Support the creation of visually compelling assets across web, print, social media, video, email, and emerging channels.
- Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns and digital solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Leverage modern platforms like Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and AI-powered tools to produce scalable marketing materials.
- Contribute to website enhancements, personalization initiatives, and digital optimization efforts to elevate customer experience.
Requirements for the Digital Designer:
- 5-7 years of experience in agency or in-house digital design, marketing, or related field.
- Strong visual design, UI, and digital experience skills, including expertise in layout, typography, color, motion, and brand systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
- Experience with Figma and collaborative design workflows.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager or other enterprise CMS platforms.
