Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) plus proven experience of 2-3 years in communications, digital content creation or related field; Web development skills, preferably experience working in WordPress; Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint and Excel; Knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices; Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills; requires a team player attitude; attention to detail, project coordination, leadership abilities; efficiency and passion for the mission; The ideal candidate is well organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing costs; Comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously and working under a variety of deadlines; Ability to collaborate with staff at all levels, ability to work with individuals of all educational levels, varied backgrounds and skills sets, including department personnel; as well as interface with board, CAC and committee members, community members, volunteers and vendors; Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus; Intrinsically motivated with the ability to work independently or with a team; Valid NYS Driver's License and daily access to a vehicle; and.
