    Your Opportunity

    The Senior Specialist - Digital Content supports the day-to-day execution of SchwabNetwork's digital publishing and distribution workflows across owned and partnerplatforms. This role is responsible for content packaging, metadata creation, publishing,quality assurance, and operational support to ensure content is accurately distributed,discoverable, and optimized for each destination.

    Primary ResponsibilitiesContent Publishing• Publish digital content across the website, YouTube, podcast platforms,newsletters, and additional distribution channels.• Execute publishing schedules and ensure timely delivery of content.

    Metadata & Content Packaging• Create and optimize titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, thumbnails, and relatedmetadata.• Utilize AI-assisted tools to improve publishing efficiency while maintaining editorialquality.• Ensure metadata follows SEO and platform best practices.

    Content Operations• Assist with homepage updates, content categorization, taxonomy, and assetmanagement.• Support podcast publishing and distribution workflows.• Maintain content organization and quality across CMS platforms.

    Quality Assurance• Review published content for formatting, metadata accuracy, broken links, artwork,and platform-specific requirements.• Identify and resolve publishing issues before distribution.

    Workflow Support• Support recurring publishing operations for newsletters and digital products.

    • Assist with cross-platform publishing initiatives.• Provide operational coverage across multiple digital channels based on businesspriorities.

    Continuous Improvement• Identify workflow efficiencies and opportunities for automation.• Support implementation of new publishing tools and technologies.• Contribute to documentation and operational best practices.

    What you have

    • 5 years of experience in digital publishing, content operations, or digital media.• Familiarity with CMS platforms, YouTube Studio, podcast platforms, and digitalpublishing tools.• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.• Basic understanding of SEO and metadata optimization.• Strong writing skills.• Experience using AI-assisted writing tools is preferred.• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced newsroom environment.
