Digital ConsultantA Digital Consultant utilizes both creative and client relations skillsets. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, customer and client service skills, excel in a fast paced environment, organizational skills, attention to detail and an interest in design.
Role and Responsibilities- Builds and maintains relationships with a dedicated group of 40-45 dealers
- Build creative assets in Photoshop
- Optimize automotive websites
- Draw key insights from analytics and communicate to client
- Manage a multitude of tasks in a timely fashion
- Phone and email dealer support communication
- Communicate program updates
- Provides consultative digital strategy advice
- Collaborate with field team to ensure program success
- Access dealer back end tool to implement requests and collaborate with provider support teams for advanced requests
- Consult with dealers on the Dealer Digital Program and provide insight on all certified providers
Desired Skills and Experience- The ability to work independently but also as a team player
- Time management and superior organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, proper phone and email etiquette
- Adobe Photoshop experience preferred
- Understanding of the digital marketing field
Qualifications- 1-3 years of relevant industry experience
- If a recent grad, relative experience in an internship or campus club/organization
- Bachelor's degree required
- Previous phone or customer service experience
- Tech and media savvy
