MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year of recent experience in a high-volume inbound call center or customer contact center.

• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM), strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience supporting gift card inquiries, refunds, membership accounts, customer service requests, or theatre operations.

• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, active listening, and organizational skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills and adaptability to new software, procedures, and customer support technologies.

Compensation & Schedule:

Pay: $18/hr

Hours:

• 12PM–9PM, Sunday through Saturday availability
• Must be available to work both Fridays and Saturdays
• 2consecutive days off each week
• Off Thanksgiving (November 26–27) and Christmas Day (December 25)
• OT will be required based on business needs

Length Of Assignment: Temporary 6-week assignment; no time off approved during the project

ROLE IMPACT

• Provides friendly, professional customer support in a fast-paced, high-volume call center.
• Handles inbound inquiries related to gift card balances, refunds, membership services, theatre operations, and general customer questions.
• Success means resolving issues efficiently, documenting interactions accurately, and delivering a positive customer experience while meeting service and response-time expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer high-volume inbound calls, assisting customers with gift cards, refunds, membership accounts, and general service inquiries.

• Support theatre personnel by troubleshooting issues, responding to requests, and escalating complex concerns to appropriate teams.

• Accurately document customer interactions, service requests, resolutions, and follow-up activities in CRM and ticket management systems.

• Prioritize inquiries based on urgency, maintain timely follow-up, and provide clear, accurate information.

• Maintain professionalism, active listening, and strong customer service while managing multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
