This role leads business development planning, new market discovery, and business performance across international markets, ensuring digital innovation initiatives align with global commercial priorities and deliver measurable impact.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Strategic AlignmentManage and evolve the digital product and market expansion pipelineLead business development planning sessions and goal trackingIdentify opportunities to expand existing digital products into new marketsEvaluate and prioritize new market entry opportunitiesPrepare and lead market alignment activities Partner with Finance to develop commercial proposals and financial modelsTrack business development initiatives throughout the full sales cycle New Product & Market DiscoveryIdentify unmet digital product needs and build compelling business casesLead structured market discovery efforts for net-new products and expansion marketsAlign cross-functional partners (Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Operations) during discovery and validationTranslate discovery insights into actionable delivery plansMarket & Business PerformanceAnalyze digital business performance and develop executive-ready insightsSupport content and reporting for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)Conduct quarterly market leadership meetings and prepare agenda, content and speakersIdentify performance trends and recommend corrective actionsProvide regular updates to Leadership and Finance on business health and growth trajectoryQualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, Communications or a related field5+ years of experience in business development, strategy, digital product, consulting, or a related roleProven experience evaluating complex decisions, developing business cases, and supporting go-to-market decisionsStrong analytical skills with experience translating complex inputs into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendationsExperience building financial models, commercial proposals, or investment cases in partnership with Finance or business leadersDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and FinanceExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levelsStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience working in global, matrixed organizations and supporting international market expansion initiativesBackground in digital, e-commerce, restaurant, retail, franchise, or consumer technology environmentsExperience facilitating executive leadership meetings, or other senior stakeholder forumsFamiliarity with product discovery, market validation, and commercialization processes for digital productsSalary Range: 125,200 - 145,000 annually + bonus eligibility.
