    IDR is seeking a Digital Asset Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Bolingbrook, IL. This role involves supporting a busy creative studio by managing digital photo and video assets, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality asset delivery. The organization is a leader in the digital media and creative production industry, committed to innovation and excellence.

    Position Overview for the Digital Asset Specialist:

    • Support the Photography Studio by managing the intake, processing, organization, quality control, and delivery of digital assets.
    • Serve as a key liaison between creative teams and production, ensuring assets are properly tagged, transferred, and accessible.
    • Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, and DAM platforms to process and organize large volumes of creative content.
    • Track asset workflows and project status using project management tools to meet tight deadlines.
    • Maintain organized digital asset libraries and resolve asset-related issues to support smooth creative operations.

    Requirements for the Digital Asset Specialist:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
    • 3+ years of experience in Digital Asset Management or a related field.
    • 3+ years of advanced Adobe Creative Suite experience, particularly Photoshop and Bridge.
    • Hands-on experience with batch processing and Photoshop Actions.
    • 3+ years of experience working with DAM systems and familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com.
