Job Title: Digital Asset Coordinator
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90038 (Onsite)
Duration: 2 Months (Extension Possible)
Pay Rate: $27 /hr. on w2
Job Description:Support the Sales and Marketing teams by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital assets—from acquisition to organization in our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure all content and Electronic Program Guide (EPG) metadata are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:- Asset & DAM Management: Oversee the delivery, maintenance, storage, and transfer of digital assets to ensure a clean, organized, and accessible DAM ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external partners to obtain files, maintain organization, and keep assets up-to-date.
- Metadata & EPG Management: Edit and format complex EPG metadata Excel spreadsheets with zero errors.
- Content Mastery: Maintain a deep understanding of active, upcoming, and archival media content and documentation.
