Job Duties: Design, execute, and analyze digital experiments using A/B testing methodologies, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Python, and statistical techniques to measure performance and support data-driven decision-making. Develop measurement frameworks, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze experiment results to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and business outcomes. Build interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI to monitor product performance and communicate actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements, develop analytical solutions, and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Support data collection, reporting strategies, and testing implementation by partnering with analytics teams and developers. Create technical documentation and optimize reporting processes to ensure data accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Other: Full Time. Travel (60%) involved to unanticipated client locations within US.
Requirements: Master’s Degree in Business Analytics and Project Management or Equivalent + 1 year of Experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
