Job Overview:
The Analyst, Digital Analytics position is responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, recurring reports, scorecards, alerts, and ad hoc analyses to support Customer Experience Analytics. This role collaborates with business and technology stakeholders to measure performance, monitor digital products, track KPIs and OKRs, identify opportunities to improve customer experience, analyze customer behavior, and deliver actionable insights. The position leverages tools such as Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, Azure ADX, Databricks, SQL, Power BI, and related analytics platforms to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports to monitor digital product performance.
• Analyze customer behavior and provide actionable insights to improve customer experience.
• Track and report on KPIs and OKRs to measure business performance.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Utilize tools such as Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, Azure ADX, Databricks, SQL, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Support ad hoc analyses and deliver insights to drive data-driven decision-making.

• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI/Tableau.
• Experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
• Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for data and analytics.

• Experience with Quantum Metric.
• Additional expertise in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.

Pay Range: $50 - $52

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
