Nature of Work:

The Digital Account Manager is an integral team member in driving digital advertising revenue for Outdoor Sportsman Group. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of a digital campaign, including creating media plans and ensuring all campaigns are implemented successfully across various platforms.

Example of work performed:

• Collaborate with sales teams to develop media plans, proposals, and campaign recommendations aligned with client objectives, target audiences, KPIs, and budget
• Manage the complete post-sale campaign lifecycle, including order intake, creative asset collection, launch coordination, optimization, reporting, invoicing, and campaign wrap-up
• Coordinate campaign launches and execution by ensuring all creative assets, targeting parameters, tracking requirements, deliverables, billing information, and reporting requirements are received, documented, and executed accurately
• Partner with Account Executives to manage client expectations, timelines, deliverables, and campaign milestones to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Collaborate with Ad Operations, Pricing & Planning, Marketing, Editorial, Creative Services, Research, and Finance to ensure successful campaign implementation, fulfillment, and operational efficiency
• Maintain detailed records within CRM, order management, and campaign management systems to support forecasting, reporting, invoicing, and operational efficiency
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, campaign execution standards, and client service practices

Qualifications

• Preferred
• Minimum 3+ years professional experience within the account management field
• Bachelor's degree, and/or combination of degree and experience, required

Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Experience managing client relationships in a digital advertising, media, publisher, agency, or marketing environment
• Knowledge of digital media planning, campaign management, ad operations workflows, and advertising technologies
• Experience coordinating complex advertising campaigns from planning through execution and completion
• Understanding of digital advertising concepts including display, video, native, sponsorships, programmatic, audience targeting, measurement, and reporting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and communicate actionable recommendations
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and client-facing communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across sales, ad operations, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional teams
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Compensation

• Base Salary $57,000 - $63,000 per annum
