A health services organization in Tennessee is seeking a Digital Accessibility Analyst to support the evaluation and improvement of web and mobile digital experiences. This remote role focuses on accessibility testing, WCAG compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to help deliver inclusive digital products.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate web and mobile digital products for accessibility compliance and best practices
- Conduct manual and automated accessibility audits to identify issues and verify remediation
- Apply WCAG guidelines to guide design, development, and testing decisions
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria to support accessibility requirements in Agile workflows
- Present accessibility findings and recommendations to designers, developers, product owners, and leadership
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in digital experience design, UX research, usability, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a corporate environment
- Strong working knowledge of WCAG guidelines and accessibility testing methods
- Experience with manual and automated accessibility audits for web and mobile products
- Practical experience using assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, VoiceOver, NVDA, and screen magnification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
