Seven Hills Foundation's Crotched Mountain School is seeking a Dietitian-Nutritionist to provide clinical nutrition services and support to children with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities.

In this role, you'll work closely with medical, nursing, clinical, food services, education, and family teams to address individual nutritional needs and help children achieve better health and quality of life. You'll have the opportunity to develop individualized treatment plans, provide ongoing consultation, and help create practical nutrition strategies that make a meaningful difference.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct nutritional assessments based on referrals, clinical concerns, and physician recommendations.

  • Develop individualized nutritional goals, treatment plans, and dietary recommendations.

  • Provide ongoing consultation and support to students, families, and staff.

  • Address nutritional needs related to food allergies, sensitivities, feeding, eating, and swallowing.

  • Monitor progress and prepare clinical reports and summaries.

  • Collaborate with medical, nursing, clinical, food service, and education teams.

  • Review and support menus to ensure they meet individual dietary needs, physician orders, and program requirements.

  • Develop dietary standards and objectives for students.

  • Provide staff training on nutrition and clinically related topics.

  • Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records and required documentation.

  • Participate in required reviews and reporting activities.

  • Use creative problem-solving to address barriers to effective nutritional services.

  • Travel to program locations as needed.
