    Creekside Post Acute (CPA) is seeking an experienced and dependable Dietary Supervisor to join our team at a 59-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Yucaipa, CA. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is passionate about providing high-quality, safe, and resident-centered meals while effectively managing dietary operations.Our facility includes:35-bed Subacute Unit24-bed Skilled Nursing UnitLocation:35253 Ave H. Yucaipa, CA. 92399Key Responsibilities:* Supervise and coordinate daily dietary department operations.* Lead, train, and schedule dietary staff.* Ensure meals are prepared and served according to resident's prescribed diets and preferences.* Maintain compliance with California Department of Public Health (CDPH), CMS, food safety, and sanitation requirements.* Work closely with Nursing, Activities, Social Services, and the interdisciplinary team.* Monitor food quality, portion control, temperatures, sanitation, and meal service.* Maintain accurate dietary records and documentation.* Assist with menu planning and therapeutic diets.* Manage inventory, ordering, and food costs.* Participate in surveys, audits, and quality assurance activities.* Address resident concerns and ensure excellent customer service.* Shift time varies (8-hour shifts as a salaried employee)Qualifications:* Previous dietary/food service supervisory experience, preferably in a SNF, subacute, hospital, or healthcare setting.* Knowledge of therapeutic and modified diets.* Strong leadership and organizational skills.* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.* Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.* ServSafe certification.* DSS certification.* Previous long-term care experience strongly preferred.What We Offer:* Leadership opportunity in a 59-bed facility.* Supportive interdisciplinary team.* Fast-paced healthcare environment.* Opportunity to make a direct impact on resident satisfaction and quality of care.* Competitive compensation based on experience.* Holiday pay and Benefits.Benefits:
